Madge pays Guy $25m to keep 'mum about marriage'

Melbourne: Madonna has reportedly decided to pay hubby Guy Ritchie 25 million dollars as part of their divorce package - but the Brit helmer can never speak publicly speak about their marriage. The director is said to have agreed upon the clause that shall hold him legally accountable if he spoke publicly about their seven and half-year-marriage. Guy has apparently told his pals that he was glad to be done with the marriage and has been breathing easy since the divorce process. "He just wants out. He has had enough of the Madonna circus and he is massively relieved. It was never about the money," the Herald Sun quoted a source close to Guy as saying. "The most important things to him are having full access to his kids, whom he adores, and a quiet life. "She is giving Guy pound stg. 10 million, which is the value of their London home and it's basically a way of buying his silence. "The deal includes Guy signing a gagging order. He will never be able to talk about what really went on. "Guy is more than happy to sign - it's not his style to talk. He just wants to move on with his life. "There is no more pain left, just relief. Guy is walking away and has said he is a much happier man." Guy is also said to be entitled to the couple's 25 million dollar Ashcombe House in Wiltshire while the Queen of Pop has allegedly agreed upon granting full access to their sons Rocco, 8, and adopted David Banda, 3 as part of the deal.

Madge's pals nickname Ritchie 'Material Guy'

London: Friends close to Madonna have reportedly nicknamed her director hubby Guy Ritchie - 'Material Guy' - owing to his purported cash demands ahead of their divorce. The 'Material Girl' hit maker had revealed to her friends that money was all that Guy was after and that he wants to bag as much of her hard-earned 320 million pound fortune as much as possible. "I'm totally devastated that Guy's turned out to be such a gold-digger," the Sun quoted the singer as telling a friend. "I thought we'd been on a spiritual journey together for the past ten years - but obviously I was wrong. He's just after my money. "I've worked my ass off for the last 30 years to get what I have, and now this gold-digger wants to take it from me. "He keeps upping his demands - he just wants more, and more, and more from me. It's unbelievable." Close pals of the Queen of Pop further said that Guy, who is reported to have his own 25 million pound fortune, never shelled a penny out of his own pocket during the couple's eight-year-long marriage. A friend said: "If he's meant to be worth millions, then Madonna's never seen a penny of it. "He's never contributed towards the running of the family and his son's schooling. "Contrary to the image being projected, Madonna's been the rock of the family. She's the one who has the kids with her at all times."

Madonna likely to get custody of children?

Wellington: Madonna will receive custody of her three children in the divorce settlement with soon-to-be ex-husband Guy Ritchie, according to reports being published in Britain. The Mail on Sunday reported that Madonna and Ritchie, who recently announced their divorce publicly, had reached agreement over custody of their three children, reports the NZPA. Madonna will have custody of her daughters Lourdes, 12, from a previous relationship, as well as the couple's eight-year-old biological son Rocco and their three-year-old adopted son David, the paper reported. According to reports, the singer would take the children with her to the US, but Ritchie would have "broad access" to David and Rocco. Ritchie is expected to receive up to 60 million pounds in the divorce settlement. The British helmer plans to buy a home in New York so he can see his children, the Mail on Sunday reported.
